Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of instruments and control systems.
Install, inspect, test, calibrate, and maintain field instruments.
Handle instruments such as:
Pressure Transmitters
Temperature Transmitters / RTDs / Thermocouples
Flow Meters / Flow Transmitters
Level Transmitters
Control Valves
Pressure & Temperature Gauges
pH, Conductivity and other process instruments
Troubleshoot instrumentation faults and identify the root cause of failures.
Perform calibration and testing of instruments as per calibration schedules.
Check and maintain control valves, positioners, solenoid valves and actuators.
Work on PLC/DCS-based control systems for basic fault identification and troubleshooting.
Check instrument wiring, junction boxes, cables, terminals, and signal loops.
Perform loop checking and functional testing of instruments.
Maintain calibration records, maintenance reports, checklists,



and other documentation.
Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Production, and Automation teams during maintenance activities.
Ensure proper compliance with plant safety procedures, PPE requirements, PTW and LOTO procedures.
Maintain required spare parts and inform the supervisor about critical instrumentation spares.
Support commissioning, installation, modification, and improvement projects.
Follow company quality, safety, and environmental policies.

Required Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical & Instrumentation, or related field.
Relevant industrial experience preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
