Role & responsibilities
Manage and maintain company computer systems, laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and update operating systems and business applications.
Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, and internet connectivity.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Perform regular data backups and ensure data security compliance.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance.
Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and software licenses.
Configure and support printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
Ensure antivirus, firewall, and security solutions are updated and functioning properly.
Assist in server administration and system performance monitoring.
Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions.
Support email systems, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools.
Conduct routine maintenance to minimize downtime and improve system efficiency.
Train employees on basic IT usage, security practices, and recent technologies.
