Job Role
Java Trainer / Technical Trainer
Conduct live, in-person, and virtual training sessions for learners on Core Java, Advanced Java, and Java Frameworks.
Facilitate and support learners throughout their learning journey.
Deliver a personalized and blended learning experience to help learners achieve their desired technical skills.
Provide practical guidance, coding support, and clarification of technical concepts.
Monitor learner progress and provide appropriate feedback and support.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, and relevant Java Frameworks.
Teach Core Java concepts including Collections, Exceptions, File Handling, and JDBC.
Provide training on MySQL and database connectivity.
Cover frontend fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Explain programming concepts through practical examples and coding exercises.
Support learners in resolving coding and technical issues.
Track learner progress and provide personalized guidance.
Conduct practical assignments, exercises, and assessments as required.




Maintain an engaging and interactive learning environment.
Help learners develop job-ready technical skills.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Core Java.
Positive knowledge of Collections and Exception Handling.
Knowledge of File Handling and JDBC.
Working knowledge of MySQL.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Development experience is an added advantage.

Experience & Eligibility
1–2 years of technical training experience in a corporate workplace or EdTech institute.
Candidates with software development experience will have an added advantage.
Solid technical knowledge and passion for teaching and training are required.
