Endpoint compliance monitoring

Security Operations




Security monitoring and alert management
Vulnerability assessments
Security remediation planning
Incident investigation

Compliance
Support DPDP compliance implementation
Support ISO 27001 / other security / compliance standards
Maintain audit evidence
Support internal and client audits

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
4–8 years of experience in IT administration, support, and infrastructure management
Robust knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configuration
Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
Experience with backup systems and endpoint security solutions
Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, network, and software issues
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills
Working knowledge of IT compliance and security frameworks
