Configure JAMF policies, configuration profiles, restrictions, Smart Groups, scripts, and packages.
Manage JAMF user roles, permissions, and administrative access.
Monitor JAMF health, device check-ins, policy execution, and enrollment status.
Maintain JAMF configuration standards and operational documentation.
MacBook Enrollment & Provisioning • Manage corporate MacBook enrollment using Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
Configure and maintain PreStage Enrollment workflows.
Implement zero-touch deployment for current MacBooks.
Configure device naming, user assignment, local accounts, security settings, and baseline configurations.
Support MacBook refresh, replacement, re-enrollment, and redeployment processes.
Configuration & Policy Management • Create and maintain macOS Configuration Profiles (Hireright internal) 4.

Application





Management • Package and deploy macOS applications through JAMF Pro.
Manage application installation, upgrades, patching, and removal.
Maintain application versions and deployment policies.
Configure Self Service for approved applications.
Troubleshoot application deployment failures.
Work with application owners to onboard current Mac applications. 5. macOS Patching & OS Lifecycle • Manage macOS upgrades and security updates.
Test current macOS releases before enterprise deployment.
Create phased deployment rings for OS updates.
Monitor patch compliance and remediate devices that fall behind. 6.

Endpoint

Security & Compliance • Support endpoint security tools such as: o CrowdStrike o Zscaler • Identify non-compliant MacBooks and implement automated remediation.
Support vulnerability remediation and security audit requirements. JAMF Pro provides inventory, application lifecycle management, compliance configurations, remote security commands, and automated endpoint management capabilities.
