Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Inside Sales Executive with experience in the freight forwarding industry to generate leads, develop customer relationships, promote freight services, and convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Contact potential customers and promote air freight, sea freight, and logistics services.
Understand customer shipping requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare and follow up on freight quotations.
Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with prospects and clients.
Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the Operations and Documentation Teams.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business,



Marketing, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales preferred.
Knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Import/Export, and basic shipping processes is an advantage.

Requirements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Robust knowledge of freight forwarding sales.
Positive customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
