Customer Engagement Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Address customer questions and provide appropriate product information.

Sales & Earning Growth Work towards achieving sales and business targets.

Take initiative to expand the customer base and increase earning potential.

Demonstrate confidence and the ability to positively influence prospective customers.
