Role Description The Investment Manager will work full time on-site in Bengaluru, focusing on evaluating and managing real estate investment opportunities for Square Yard’s portfolio and clients.

Responsibilities include conducting financial and market analysis, preparing investment proposals, and developing strategies aligned with company goals and risk appetite. The role involves monitoring existing investments, preparing performance reports, and providing recommendations to optimize returns.

The Investment

Manager will collaborate with internal teams, liaise with clients and external partners,



and ensure compliance with relevant financial and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in Investment Management and Investments, with a track record of managing portfolios or real estate assets.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, market trends, and risk profiles.
Ability to design and implement effective Investment Strategies aligned with organizational and client objectives.
Solid foundation in Finance, including financial modeling, valuation, and understanding of capital markets.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are an advantage.
Experience in real estate investments or property development is highly beneficial.
Proficiency with financial analysis tools and MS Excel; familiarity with investment management software is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
