Job Title: IT Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical positions.
Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen candidate profiles based on technical skills, experience, location, CTC, and notice period.
Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates' suitability for the role.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
Negotiate salary and manage offer-related discussions.




Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Meet assigned recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT)

Required Skills
Experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
Valuable understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean Search.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate screening.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and MIS reporting.
