About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, high-performing IT Sales Executive to drive B2B business growth for our IT services and software development solutions. You will manage the sales lifecycle—from prospecting and converting qualified leads to pitching tailored technical solutions and closing international deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct discovery calls with international prospects to understand business challenges and present custom IT service solutions.
Manage lead generation, outbound campaigns, and deal closing through LinkedIn, email sequences, and marketplace platforms (e.g., Upwork).
Negotiate contracts and convert open opportunities into long-term client relationships.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline stages using standard CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).

Requirements:
3–5 years of proven experience in B2B IT services, software development, or SaaS sales.




Demonstrated success closing sales deals with international clients.
Hands-on proficiency with prospecting and outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.).
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
