Core Responsibilities:
Facility Maintenance:
Inspect campus buildings, roofs, flooring, and drainage systems to plan routine repairs.
Project Management:
Oversee recent construction, renovation projects, and structural upgrades from start to finish.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all institutional buildings meet local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
Estimation & Budgeting:
Prepare material cost estimates, labour forecasts, and project budgets.
Vendor Oversight:
Coordinate with external contractors, architects, and maintenance staff to ensure quality workmanship.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
