About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Jr. HR Executive to join our HR team. The role will be primarily focused on Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (80%), along with supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – 80%
Handle end-to-end recruitment for operational and corporate positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
Coordinate salary discussions, documentation, and offer rollouts.
Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
Conduct regular follow-ups to minimize candidate dropouts and no-shows.




Assist in bulk hiring and walk-in drives when required.

HR Operations – 20%
Assist with employee documentation and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support attendance, leave, and basic HR-related activities.
Assist in onboarding and induction of recent employees.
Prepare basic HR reports and recruitment MIS.
Support the HR team with other HR and administrative activities.

Requirements
0–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good follow-up and candidate coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also apply.
