Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage project sales in the assigned territory.
Generate business prospects from architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, developers and other project stakeholders.
Identify upcoming and ongoing residential, commercial and institutional projects.
Build and maintain solid relationships with architects, consultants, contractors and channel partners.
Promote the company's plywood and related products for project specifications and bulk orders.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Generate new leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities.
Conduct regular market visits and meetings with key decision-makers.
Monitor competitors, market trends and new project opportunities.
Coordinate with dealers, distributors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project orders.




Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and project reports.
Maintain accurate customer and project data in the company's reporting system or App.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years or more experience in Project Sales or Business Development.
Experience in the Plywood, Lighting, Paint, Sanitaryware or Laminates industry will be preferred.
Solid network with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and developers will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong knowledge of project sales and the building materials market.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Candidate should be target-oriented, self-motivated and capable of independently developing the market.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
