Solid knowledge of colour matching activities and ability to justify visual appearance.
Hands-on experience with paint shop QC instruments such as X-Rite meter, gloss meter, etc., for measurement and analysis.
Valuable understanding of bumper painting appearance defects and troubleshooting techniques.
Thorough knowledge of the bumper painting process.
Positive communication skills to interact with customers regarding standards and specifications.
Problem-solving skills using quality tools such as the 8D , Why why analysis , countermeasure preparation.
Basic knowledge of bumper assembly processes.
General Shift activities and control the three shift painting Process.
