Role And Responsibilities The Legal Assistant will be responsible for providing Legal support on all Construction matters and documents including but not limited to:
Construction contract preparation, revision and processing
Providing other construction document support
Performing legal research




Providing additional support to the Legal department, as needed

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience

The expected salary for this position is $60,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.
