Position: Team Leader / Assistant Manager

Experience: Around 3 years

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and drive a team of Customer Support Executives to achieve daily, monthly and overall loan disbursement targets

.
Monitor the complete loan funnel from CIBIL fetch to disbursement and improve stage-wise conversion.
Ensure proper follow-ups on pending/stuck cases and strict adherence to defined

SOPs

.
Track team productivity, individual performance, calling efficiency and target achievement.
Identify funnel gaps and implement strategies to improve recent & repeat loan conversions

.
Coordinate with

Credit, IT and other teams to resolve process and customer-related issues.
Analyse performance data and prepare daily/weekly MIS.
Conduct team meetings, provide regular feedback and coach team members to improve performance.
Drive recent process improvements, campaigns, automation and business initiatives

.
Handle escalations and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the loan journey.
