Provide L2/L3 production support for Mainframe applications.
Monitor daily batch jobs and resolve job failures.
Analyze and resolve production incidents and service requests within SLA.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
Work with development teams for bug fixes and code deployments.
Monitor system performance and ensure application availability.
Support release activities and production deployments.
Maintain proper documentation and incident reports.

Required Skills:
Robust experience in Mainframe technologies – COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM.
Knowledge of CICS and batch processing.
Experience with job scheduling tools (Control-M / CA7 / TWS).
Valuable understanding of production support processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Good to Have:
Banking or financial domain experience.
Knowledge of ITIL processes.
