Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs.
Own backend architecture, system design, and technical decisions.
Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
Build and optimize REST APIs/microservices and database solutions.
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Work closely with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and other teams.
Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause resolution.

Requirements:
8+ years of backend development experience.
Strong proficiency in Java / Node.js backend technology.
Strong understanding of DSA, OOP,



databases, APIs, and system design.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience with microservices and distributed systems.
Valuable understanding of AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, and CI/CD.
Solid debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Prior experience leading projects or mentoring engineers.

Positive to Have: Experience handling high-scale systems and large data volumes.

Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, or similar technologies.

Experience owning backend architecture from 0→1.
