We are looking for an experienced HR Onboarding professional to lead and manage end-to-end onboarding and employee lifecycle activities. The role will involve coordinating with TA, HR Technology, Payroll, HRBP and other internal teams to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end onboarding for trainees, on-roll, off-roll and contract employees.
Coordinate with current hires prior to joining and ensure completion of required documentation.
Process employment-related paperwork, perks and employee records.
Initiate and coordinate requirements such as ID cards, SIM cards, laptops, visiting cards and other onboarding assets.
Ensure accurate employee data updates in HRMS and Payroll systems.
Coordinate employee registration for insurance, retirement and other advantages.
Coordinate with internal teams for corporate bank account creation.
Plan and conduct employee orientation and induction programs.
Partner with HRBP and business teams for smooth employee transition and role integration.




Manage employee movement letters related to department, location or position changes.
Support trainee career progression, extensions and conversion to on-roll.
Support employee relations activities, including grievances, absenteeism and workplace investigations.
Maintain Staff Personal Files and ensure audit compliance.
Manage employee exits and issuance of relieving/service letters.
Ensure uniform distribution and maintenance across employee levels.
Analyse onboarding feedback and recommend process improvements.
Maintain and update employee handbook and onboarding processes.

Qualification
Any Graduation / Post-Graduation in HR / Diploma in HR.

Experience
Assistant Manager: 4+ years
Deputy Manager: 5+ years
Manager: 7+ years
