We’re hiring a Logistics Executive – D2C Operations at Jazz And Sizzle.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day D2C logistics and help us improve delivery performance, reduce RTO, and build stronger courier partnerships.

Role: Logistics Executive – D2C

Package: Up to ₹6 LPA

Preference: Candidates with prior D2C / E-commerce logistics experience

Key Responsibilities:
Manage logistics operations for the D2C website
Coordinate with courier and shipping partners for smooth dispatch and delivery
Handle NDR cases, RTO reduction, delivery exceptions, and customer escalations
Track shipment performance, delivery TAT, first-attempt delivery and courier SLA
Negotiate commercial terms and rates with courier partners
Identify the best courier partner based on zone, cost, TAT and delivery performance
Improve overall delivery success rate and customer experience
Monitor COD,



prepaid, RTO and NDR metrics regularly
Work closely with customer support, warehouse and management teams
Prepare regular logistics MIS and performance reports

We’re looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, solid in negotiation and comfortable taking complete ownership of logistics operations. Location: Okhla Industrial Area Phase 2, Recent Delhi
