Logistics Executive – Export & Import

Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end logistics for international shipments.
Handle EXIM documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, CHA and transporters.
Prepare and verify Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, Certificate of Origin, and customs documents.
Monitor EDPMS/BRC and ensure compliance with EXIM regulations.
Resolve shipment delays, documentation issues, and customs-related concerns.
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and overseas clients for timely dispatch.

Requirements
Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, B.Com, or related field.




6 Months–3 Years experience in Logistics, EXIM, Freight Forwarding, or International Trade.
Valuable knowledge of Export-Import procedures, Incoterms, and Customs Clearance.
Valuable MS Excel and communication skills.
Experience in Pharma, Chemical, FMCG, Healthcare, CHA, or 3PL will be preferred.

Freshers with relevant EXIM internship experience may also be considered.
