About the Role

We're looking for a energetic Manager – Events, Experiential & Influencer Marketing to lead our events, experiential campaigns, and influencer partnerships. This role sits at the center of cross-functional execution — you'll coordinate closely with all department heads and team members, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and work directly with the CEO to keep every function aligned and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end events, experiential activations, and influencer marketing campaigns
Coordinate daily with all team members across departments to ensure timely execution of tasks and deliverables




Collect and consolidate daily reports from all departments and share status updates with leadership
Act as the central point of coordination between departments, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Work closely with the CEO on strategic planning, reporting, and execution follow-through
Identify and build relationships with influencers, vendors, and event partners
Track budgets, timelines, and performance metrics for all events and campaigns
Troubleshoot day-to-day operational bottlenecks and drive teams to stay on schedule
Ensure consistent communication flow between departments to avoid delays or duplication of effort

Requirements
Proven experience in event management, experiential marketing, or influencer marketing
Strong cross-functional coordination and project management skills
Excellent communication and follow-up skills — comfortable coordinating with multiple teams daily
Ability to work directly with leadership and manage reporting structures
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive
Prior experience managing daily reporting systems across departments is a plus
