Position: Manager/Sr. Manager - SCM

Experience: 12 - 15 Years

Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing and logistics.
Develop SCM strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs and ensure on-time delivery.
Manage supplier relationships and monitor quality, cost and delivery performance.
Coordinate with production, purchase, sales and other teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and applicable standards.
Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock and minimize supply chain disruptions.
