nRequirements

nEducation: Any graduation and MBA / LLB from premier institute

nExperience: 10 - 12 years

n

n

n1. Accountable for harmonious Employee Relations, 100% Statutory Compliance and all liaison with Government or other statutory

nauthorities for the State.

n2. To look after ER and compliances for all offices and establishments (e.g. Headquarters, Jio Centers Distribution and Centers Warehouses,

nMaintenance Points and Network Facilities etc.) and for on roll and contractor manpower within State. Ensure that the compliance system(framework and IT system) and planned arrangements are implemented in timely manner.

n3. Plan self-audits (both at physical locations and documentation) and support in external audits. Review non-compliance reports and ensure closure within defined time frame.

n4. Ensure availability of a working Grievance Redressal mechanism and report on efficacy and operational effectiveness of same on a weekly basis to NHQ ER Team

n5.



Work independently at the State HQ in a ‘control function’ role

n6. Working Knowledge of Central and State Laws applicable at company and unit level

n7. Train JC Managers and other establishment managers w.r.t. statutory compliances.

n8. Filing of periodic returns

n9. Maintenance of MIS

n10. Guidance to Operations team on discipline and grievance issues

n11. Ensure closure of legal notices and reports.

n12. Attending Court Cases / Hearings. Collating data required for such

nmatters and be guided by NHQ on action plans.

n13. Attending Labor Inspections.

n14. Managing liaison with Enforcement officers, local bodies and other

nexternal stakeholders
