We are hiring freshers and experienced candidates for US medical billing, claim follow-up and denial management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Check claim status through insurance web portals
Follow up on unpaid, rejected and denied claims
Review EOBs, ERAs and denial codes
Correct and resubmit claims when required
Call insurance companies when necessary
Perform billing data entry and document follow-up actions
REQUIREMENTS
Freshers must have completed medical billing training
Experienced candidates should understand AR follow-up and denial management
Positive English communication and computer skills
Candidates must initially work from the Chennai office for training
Work-from-home option may be provided after training if the candidate can work independently and consistently meet productivity and quality requirements
