Job Summary

n

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Consultant with 5+ years of Salesforce experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing field service solutions, optimizing workforce and dispatch operations, and integrating Salesforce with external systems. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, automation, data model, integrations, and Field Service capabilities, along with the ability to work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
n
- Configure and optimize Field Service Lightning (FSL) functionality, including workforce management, scheduling, dispatch, and technician mobility.
n
- Work with business stakeholders to understand field service processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
n
- Configure Flows, Approval Processes, Permission Sets, Profiles, Roles, and Salesforce Security Model.
n
- Design and maintain Reports, Dashboards, and Salesforce Mobile Solutions.
n
- Configure and support:

- Support Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.

- Participate in data migration activities using appropriate Salesforce data migration tools.

- Support Salesforce deployment processes across development, testing, and production environments.
n




- Collaborate with developers and technical teams on custom Salesforce solutions.
n
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide functional and technical recommendations.
n
- Prepare solution designs, configuration documentation, and technical/functional specifications where required.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Permission Sets, Profiles, Roles, and Security Model.

- Experience creating Reports and Dashboards.

- Experience with Salesforce Mobile Solutions.

Experience

- 5+ years of Salesforce experience.

- Proven experience working as a Salesforce Field Service Consultant.
n
- Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Field Service solutions.

Experience working with enterprise Salesforce environments and complex business processes is preferred
