This is a hands-on architecture role. We need someone who can move with urgency, create clarity from ambiguity, and raise the technical quality of the team without slowing execution down.

What You‘ll Do:

Shape architecture across commissions, incentives, workflows, integrations, data processing, and customer-facing product systems.

Turn complex business problems into clean designs, practical trade-offs, and shippable plans.

Review code and design with strong instincts for correctness, scale, maintainability, and product impact.

Establish simple,

Mentor engineers through better design decisions, code quality, and technical judgment.
