Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of Hub Operations as well as the planning and directing activities and operations of the business.
Effective execution of the SOP with zero deviations, Inbound & outbound operation.
Identify and drive continuous improvement prospects to streamline process and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations.
Handling last mile, Mid mile & First mile operations and Customer report and network and need to handle Key accounts.
Over-viewing the staff recruitment, training, leading and employee development.
Works with freight and transportation companies to get route and rate.
Needs to be driven, growth oriented and accountable. Should have high level vision along with capability to get into individual execution details.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
