Job Profile Details
Material Scheduling, planning, procurement of material on monthly, weekly & daily Basis.
Handle local as well as long lead supplier.
Follow up with supplier for Delivery/Rejection/Shortage.
Manage all procurement activities and ensure procurement sources provide positive quality and cost effective materials in time.
Resolve supply, quality and invoicing issues with vendorsClose coordination with logistics, production, quality & store team for effective planning.
Inventory management as per target and classification
VAVE Implementation – material control as per engineering change with Zero obsolescence
Vendor development & continuous improvement at supplier end.
Meet ON Time Spare Requirements.
Coordinating with Account department for timely payment to vendors
PO updation in system.
Valuable hands on ERP system
