Must-Have
Experience in full-stack development
Solid experience with Node.js and TypeScript
Experience with Backstage or other developer portal frameworks is preferred
Ability to build integrations with third-party services such as GitLab, Jenkins, Argo CD, Kubernetes, Terraform Cloud, or ServiceNow via Backstage backend connectors
Solid grasp of API design (REST/GraphQL), authentication (OAuth2/OIDC), and RBAC/security features
Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
Practical skills in containerization and Kubernetes deployment for Backstage services
Valuable-to-Have
Robust analytical and debugging skills to understand requirements, propose solutions and identify/solve issues.
