1. Time Office & Pay-Roll

n

n
- Daily tracking circulation of time office reports (In Out time/ Late/ Permissions/ Absenteeism/ OT/Headcount)
n
- Coordinate with other department and upload the weekly shift schedules in Star-link
n
- Handle and closure of time office related grievances
n
- Compliance of all statutory regulation related to Time office
n
- Maintain error free MIS reports
n
- Provide on time and error free data on payroll as per Star-link
n

2. Administration

n

n
- Take care of all factory related admin activities
n
- Participate and addressing the issues discussed in the committee meeting on Transport, Canteen and Safety
n
- Improve the GMP compliance of the office area
n
- Handle and closure of Admin related grievances
n
- On time issuance of all welfare items.
n

n

n

3. Strengthen governance around statutory compliance

n

n
- Ensure Factory & CL statutory compliance requirements are met.
n
- Conduct monthly compliance audit.
n
- Monitor and present the monthly compliance audit scores.
n
- Ensure Contractors meet all statutory compliance requirements.
n
- Ensure timely fulfilment of all Factory related statutory requirements.
n
- Ensure no deviation in Legal compliance and in case of any deviation coordinate with respective stack holders and provide corrective action on immediate basis.
n




- Liasoning with Government authorities.
n
- Ensure HR compliance in Quality & Safety front.
n

4. Contract labour management

n

n
- Participate in the weekly man power planning and freeze on the CL man power for the week.
n
- Coordinate with Contractors and ensure required CL manpower is available on every shift as per the plan
n
- Work on the strategies to overcome manpower fluctuations.
n
- Ensure CL supervisors comply with his Roles & Responsibility.
n
- Ensure GMP & Safety instructions are followed by all CL in factory.
n
- Assess the effectiveness of the contractors.
n
- Ensure all legal requirements of CL is met by the contractors
n
- Ensure Online relieving of CL in shop floor
n
- Maintain CL related MIS
n
- Manage the CL fluctuations without affecting the business
n
- Track daily attendance
n
- Raising PO in SAP
n
- Processing the on time bills of Contactors .
n

5. Ensure Employee Welfare

n

n
- Ensure compliances on Uniform, Safety shoe and Health Check-up, Employee Loans, Marriage Gift etc.
n
- Discuss with SCM and ensure vendor finalization is as per policies & standards.
n
- Coordinate with vendor and ensure on time availability of welfare material.
n
- Handle and close welfare related grievance
n
