nWe are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to execute, manage, optimize, and scale Meta advertising campaigns across our D2C portfolio, with a solid focus on customer acquisition and performance.

nRoles & Responsibilities

Execute, launch, manage, optimize, and scale Meta ad campaigns.
n
Work closely with the Growth team to drive customer acquisition.
n
Continuously test audiences, creatives, campaigns, and strategies.
n
Monitor and optimize key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
n
Manage campaign budgets and identify opportunities to improve performance.
n
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
n

nRequirements

n

n
2–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
n
Robust experience with Facebook Ads Manager, targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
n
Experience managing performance campaigns for D2C/e-commerce brands.
n
Robust analytical and data-driven approach.
n
Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining performance.
