Role & responsibilities
Operate and monitor DG Sets, UPS and electrical systems.
Perform routine inspection and maintenance of MCCB, RCCB, ELCB, Transformers and electrical panels.
Identify and troubleshoot basic electrical faults and ensure timely rectification.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
Attend basic plumbing and carpentry maintenance requirements.
Monitor electrical equipment and ensure secure and uninterrupted operation.
Maintain daily maintenance records, checklists and equipment logs.
Follow all electrical safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
Coordinate with supervisors, vendors and other maintenance staff whenever required

Preferred candidate profile
ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Basic practical knowledge of DG Set & UPS Operation.
Knowledge of MCCB, RCCB, ELCB, Transformers and electrical panels.




Basic knowledge of plumbing and carpentry maintenance.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle maintenance emergencies.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Candidates with relevant facility management / building maintenance experience will be preferred.
