Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Lead generation, campaign planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting.
Conduct campaign reviews with the digital and sales teams.
Optimize media planning to maximize ROI and effectiveness.
Develop strategies and business plans based on market trends for product development.
Manage reputation on Google and social media platforms.
Create monthly calendars and coordinate activities.
Lead and manage pre-sales, creative, digital, and in office teams.
Plan and execute project launches.
Coordinate with architects and civil teams for project planning.
Handle channel partner team for lead sourcing and confirmation.
Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, Liasioning, CRM, Sales, Finance, and Marketing)
for current project launches.
Collaborate with architects for project marketing collaterals.
Conduct market surveys, analyze data, and prepare feasibility reports.
Plan and execute in office events (ATL & BTL).
Manage vendor relationships.
