We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to own how SlideDM reaches and converts its audience: creators, coaches, D2C brands, and agencies on Instagram. You will be one of the first marketing hires, working directly with the founder. Your work will show up in signups, activations, and revenue, not in slide decks.

What You Will Do
Own our content engine: reels, tutorials, case studies, and launch posts across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Run creator and influencer partnerships, from outreach to negotiation to tracking results
Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta and Google, and iterate based on CAC and conversion data
Write copy that sells: landing pages, lifecycle emails, in app messages, and ad creatives
Talk to users constantly and turn what you learn into positioning, messaging, and campaign ideas
Track the funnel end to end (visits, signups, activation, paid conversion) and report what is working

What We Are Looking For




2 to 4 years in marketing at a startup, SaaS company, or creator economy business
You understand Instagram natively: what performs, why, and how creators actually make money
Strong writing skills in English; Hindi is a plus for creator outreach
Comfortable with numbers: you can read a funnel, set up a UTM, and defend a budget
Bias to action; you would rather ship a scrappy campaign today than a perfect one next month
Bonus: experience with DM automation, creator tools, or D2C ecommerce
