We are looking for an experienced Network Lead Engineer with robust expertise in network operations, routing, switching, firewalls, and L3 troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
Lead L3 network operations and handle critical incidents and escalations.
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wireless, and Data Center issues.
Manage Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet/FortiGate, and Cisco ASA devices.
Perform firmware upgrades, OS patching, configuration changes, and RCA.
Ensure network security, vulnerability remediation, and compliance.
Guide L1/L2 teams and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills
Routing & Switching, TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP.
SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, DNS, DHCP, NAT.
Robust L3 troubleshooting, Incident & Change Management.
Experience in GCC / Managed Services / 24x7 Network Operations.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
