Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain mobile automation frameworks for Android and iOS platforms.
Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to validate mobile application functionality, performance, and usability.
Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product managers to identify test scenarios, define acceptance criteria, and improve overall product quality.
Ensure automation coverage across functional, regression, performance, and compatibility testing.
Debug issues, analyze logs, and provide detailed defect reports with reproducible steps.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on automation best practices.
Stay updated with the latest mobile automation tools, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
experience in test automation, with experience in mobile automation.
Robust expertise in mobile automation tools/frameworks such as Appium, Espresso, XCUITest,



Detox.
Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Swift, or JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation scripting.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration with test automation suites.
Robust knowledge of mobile app architecture, REST APIs, and backend services.
Experience in testing across different devices, emulators, and cloud platforms (BrowserStack, Saucelabs, Firebase Test Lab).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Behave).
Experience in performance testing (JMeter, Gatling, or mobile-specific tools).
Exposure to security testing for mobile applications.
Contribution to open-source automation projects.
