We are looking for Trade Center Coordinator to support certification and trade facilitation activities by ensuring timely and accurate issuance of Certificates of Conformity (CoC) in compliance with business rules and client requirements.
Process certification files in line with Business Rules and procedures
Issue Certificates of Conformity (CoC)



within defined timelines
Accurately enter and manage data relevant systems
Review documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
Handle client and affiliate queries in a timely and skilled manner
Coordinate daily operational activities and maintain records
Support invoicing and follow-up on payments
Maintain high levels of quality and productivity

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Science, Commerce, or related field
1–2 years of experience in operations, documentation, certification, customer
Fluency in English language
