Prepare nesting layouts for PEB structural steel fabrication and CNC/Plasma cutting.
Optimize plate and sheet utilization to minimize material wastage.
Prepare cutting files/programs based on approved fabrication drawings.
Read and understand PEB/shop drawings, GA drawings and fabrication drawings.
Coordinate with the Design, Production and CNC/Plasma Machine teams.
Verify material grade, thickness, dimensions, quantities and cutting requirements.
Ensure accurate nesting and timely release of cutting programs.
Maintain records of material consumption and nesting details.

Requirements
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Production or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in PEB/structural steel fabrication nesting preferred.
Positive knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant nesting software.
Experience with CNC/Plasma cutting will be an added advantage.
Valuable understanding of PEB components and structural steel fabrication.
Positive coordination and problem-solving skills.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
