We are looking for an experienced Manager – Java Full Stack Development to lead a high-performing engineering team in Pune.

Location: Pune
Work Model: Work from Office – Mandatory
Experience: 10+ years
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred | Max. 45 days

What We’re Looking For
Technical Expertise:
Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices & REST APIs
Frontend experience with React / Angular ; Vue.js knowledge is an added advantage
Robust JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals
Experience with CI/CD, Docker & Kubernetes
Exposure to messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Redis, MQTT / MQ
Ability to provide technical direction while remaining hands-on when required

Strong People Management is Mandatory
This role requires 4+ years of end-to-end people management experience , beyond technical team leadership.
Candidates should have hands-on experience in:
Performance management
KRA / KPI discussions and goal setting
Performance reviews and appraisals
Regular feedback, coaching and development conversations




Team reporting and people management
Managing team performance, growth and engagement

⚠️ Technical team leadership alone will not suffice. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in complete people management and reporting responsibilities.

Preferred Background
Experience in product engineering organizations or technology-first companies preferred
Strong service-industry candidates with deep hands-on expertise and product exposure may also be considered
Experience working with global stakeholders , preferably European stakeholders
Strong career stability with an average tenure of 2.5–3 years
No academic gaps during Engineering / Master’s
