Role Overview:

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end operational support for solar installation projects, including documentation, coordination with government offices, and financial follow-ups. This role is critical in ensuring smooth processing of customer applications and timely execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer documentation related to solar installations
Prepare and maintain MIS reports for ongoing projects and operations
Submit customer application files to respective electricity offices (DISCOMs)
Coordinate with government departments for approvals and status updates
Follow up with banks for loan applications, disbursement, and subsidy-related processes
Act as a liaison between customers, banks, and internal teams
Track project progress and ensure timely completion of documentation and approvals
Maintain proper records of all operational activities

Requirements:
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Balasore and Mayurbhanj




Robust communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of banking processes and financial documentation
Proficiency in computer applications (MS Excel, Word, basic MIS handling)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a field-oriented role

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in banking, finance, insurance, or operations roles
Experience in handling documentation and coordination with government offices

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (or equivalent qualification)
