Position: Oracle Cloud Compensation Functional Consultant Duration: Contract Location: Remote/Hybrid - 2 to 3 days - Hyderabad Engagement: Contract :
Robust hands-on experience as an Oracle Cloud Compensation Functional Consultant, with expertise in Oracle Fusion Compensation and Time & Labor (T&M;).
Configure and support Compensation plans, eligibility profiles, salary components, worksheets, workforce compensation processes, and related business rules.
Robust understanding of Oracle Fusion Time and Labor, including time entry, time calculation, approvals, payroll/time integration, and troubleshooting.
Gather business requirements, perform functional configuration, testing, data validation, production support, and work closely with HR/Payroll and business stakeholders.
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM integrations, HDL/HCM Extracts, OTBI/BI Publisher, and end-to-end implementation/support is preferred.
