We are looking for a

MEP Designer responsible for developing and releasing accurate MEP technical drawings for workspace fit-out projects, with solid focus on

Revit-based design and documentation

Key Responsibilities
Develop and release MEP drawings using Revit

.
Prepare

HVAC, MEP, Fire Fighting and Alarm, and ELV layouts

.
Coordinate MEP models and drawings with

Architecture, Interior and Project teams

.
Identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues

.
Prepare/review

MEP BOQs, specifications and technical documentation

.
Manage drawing revisions and timely release of design deliverables.
Ensure designs comply with applicable

NBC, fire safety and technical standards

.




Provide technical clarifications to execution teams when required.

What We're Looking For
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

.
4–8 years of MEP Design experience

.
Solid hands-on experience in

Revit MEP and technical drawing development.
Valuable understanding of

HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Plumbing and ELV systems

.
Experience in commercial interiors, corporate offices, coworking or managed workspaces

.
Good understanding of

MEP coordination, BIM and technical documentation
