Job Description

Over View :- We are looking for a Senior macOS/iOS Software Engineer with strong experience in Swift, SwiftUI, and Apple platform development, particularly in video engineering and multimedia applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing applications for both macOS and iOS, a strong understanding of concurrency and performance-oriented programming, and exposure to Apple's multimedia and graphics frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications for macOS and iOS platforms.
n
- Build scalable and performant features using Swift 5+ and SwiftUI.
n
- Work with Swift's concurrency model to develop responsive and efficient applications.
n
- Develop and optimize video and multimedia-related features.
n
- Work with Apple's native frameworks for graphics, media, video, and audio processing.
n
- Analyze and improve application performance, particularly for computationally intensive and real-time workloads.
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.
n
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and performance issues.
n
- Contribute to technical design, architecture, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
n

Required Skills

n

n
- 6+ years of qualified software development experience.
n
- Strong proficiency in Swift 5+.
n
- Strong hands-on experience with SwiftUI.




n
- Good understanding of Swift Concurrency and asynchronous programming.
n
- Experience developing applications for both macOS and iOS.
n
- Strong knowledge of Grand Central Dispatch (GCD).
n
- Experience working with C or Objective-C.
n
- Strong understanding of application performance, multithreading, and memory management.
n
- Experience with debugging and optimizing Apple platform applications.
n

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Metal and writing Metal Shaders.
n
- Experience with Apple's Accelerate framework.
n
- Knowledge of ARM intrinsics and low-level performance optimization.

- Experience with one or more of the following:

- Prior experience working on video engineering, video processing, media, graphics, or multimedia applications.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a 6+ year experienced Apple-platform engineer who has worked extensively on macOS applications and video/multimedia engineering. Candidates with strong experience in performance-sensitive applications, video processing, graphics, Metal, or Apple Silicon optimization will be particularly well suited for this role.
