Key Responsibilities

n

Production Operations

n

n
- Operate and monitor biodiesel plant equipment and processes as per SOPs.
n
- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations during the shift.
n
- Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, and levels.
n
- Maintain optimum production efficiency and product quality.
n

n

Bleacher & Deodorizer Operations

n

n
- Handle Bleacher and Deodorizer (Deo) operations safely and efficiently.
n
- Monitor vacuum systems, steam consumption, and process conditions.
n
- Ensure proper dosing of process chemicals and additives.
n
- Maintain product quality specifications during processing.
n

n

n

Job Description (JD)

n

Qualification:

n

n
- Diploma / B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, or related discipline.
n
- ITI candidates with relevant process plant experience may also be considered.
n

n





Experience:

n

n
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Process Operations.
n
- Experience in Edible Oil, Biodiesel, Oleochemical, or Continuous Process Industries preferred.
n
- Exposure to Bleacher & Deodorizer operations is mandatory/preferred.
n

n

Skills Required:

n

n
- Knowledge of process equipment, pumps, valves, reactors, and heat exchangers.
n
- Understanding of process flow diagrams and operating procedures.
n
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to work in rotating shifts.
n
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
n

n

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Experience in Edible Oil Processing/Biodiesel Plants.
n
- Robust focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
