Junior and Senior Java Developer – Backend Location: Mumbai - Vikhroli West, Experience: 3 to 5 Years Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office About the Role We are looking for a strong Java Developer with hands-on backend development experience to work on scalable and high-performance FinTech applications . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services. Build secure and highly available REST APIs. Develop and enhance Microservices-based applications. Troubleshoot performance issues and drive technical improvements. Work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical decisions. Follow engineering best practices and mentor junior developers. Mandatory Skills Solid hands-on experience in Java Microservices Docker Kubernetes REST APIs CI/CD Good to Have Quarkus, Kafka, Solace, Redis, Aerospike, ELK, AWS/Azure/GCP, OpenShift, Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, BFSI/FinTech experience. Education Mandatory: B.E./B.Tech Also Considered: B.Sc + MCA Not Eligible: B.Com, BCA, BA, MA
