Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Podcast Video Editor to join The RST Show. The candidate will be responsible for editing long-form podcast episodes, short-form reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media content.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit long-form podcast episodes for YouTube.
Handle multi-camera footage and create smooth, engaging cuts.
Perform audio cleanup, noise reduction, and audio leveling.
Add subtitles, captions, transitions, B-roll, graphics, and lower thirds.
Perform basic color correction and maintain visual consistency.
Create engaging Shorts/Reels from podcast episodes.
Identify strong moments, hooks, and engaging clips from long-form content.
Maintain proper project files and editing workflow.




Make revisions as required and deliver projects within deadlines.
Ensure the final content meets the channel's quality and branding standards.
