Technical Skills:
Candidate should have a positive knowledge of Oracle HCM Payroll Module.
Candidate should have a positive exposure in HCM Extracts (Outbounds)
Exposure in Fusion Business Process Management (BPM), Approval workflow will be PLUS
Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects.
Hands on experience with Fusion Reporting tools like BIP and OTBI.
Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion Core HR is must.
Experience on Inbound / Outbound Payroll Interfaces will be preferred
Experience Required :
Provide configuration training and consultation on best practices, short-term impacts and long-term considerations
Provide technical guidance and consultation on Integrations, Conversion, Security and Reporting.
Provide recommendations towards cross-platform configuration choices that optimize the employee experience
