Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Manager – Salt Panning & Salt Harvesting to lead end-to-end salt production operations. The candidate should have extensive experience in salt panning, salt harvesting, salt washery operations, manpower management, and production planning, with a robust focus on quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete Salt Panning & • Salt Harvesting operations.
Oversee Salt Washery operations, ensuring quality and production targets.
Plan and supervise harvesting schedules, production, and dispatch.
Lead large field teams and contractors while ensuring productivity.
Monitor equipment maintenance and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety,



environmental, and statutory regulations.
Prepare production reports and coordinate with management for operational planning.
