Job Summary

Fiserv is looking for a skilled PL/SQL Developer with 5years of experience to design, develop, and maintain database applications using Oracle PL/SQL. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in database development, performance tuning, and working with banking or financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
Design and optimize complex SQL queries for data processing and reporting.
Work with Oracle databases to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.
Perform query optimization and performance tuning of PL/SQL code.
Support database deployments, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Collaborate with application developers and business teams to understand data requirements.
Maintain database documentation and coding standards.




Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills
Solid experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development
Experience in writing stored procedures, triggers, functions, and packages
Knowledge of query optimization and performance tuning
Experience working with large databases and complex queries
Understanding of database design, indexing, and normalization
Experience with data migration and database debugging

Preferred Skills
Experience in Banking / Financial Services domain
Familiarity with Unix/Linux settings
Knowledge of ETL processes or data integration tools

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Experience Level
5+ years of relevant experience in PL/SQL development
